With the St. Laurent wine, we have a dry red wine specialty in our program that captivates more wine lovers year after year. According to the latest findings, St. Laurent wine belongs to the Burgundy family and may even be descended from Pinot Noir itself. In Austria, the vine is on the rise again and is conquering more and more hectares of high-quality vineyards. It owes its name to St. Lawrence, as the grapes begin to ripen around his memorial day on August 10th. Our St. Laurent wine brings a shimmering purple red of medium density into the glass, followed by a seductive scent of raspberries and sour cherries, accompanied by floral nuances, especially rose petals - that is indeed reminiscent of a good Pinot Noir. The palate also continues Burgundian, with fine-grained tannins, pronounced elegance and beautiful length. Who doesn't become a St. Laurent admirer?
