We owe the Grüner Veltliner wonderful white wines with which Austria has earned an excellent reputation around the world. But Grüner Veltliner can do more! Its tart, piquant-spicy freshness makes it a veritable candidate for high-class sparkling wine. But strangely enough, it is rarely found - our Brut exclusive changes that. In the glass, it has a light green-yellow color in which fine strands of pearls bring a lot of life. The scent is pleasantly fruity, not at all yeasty, there are green apples, limes and grapefruits, and a bit of peppery spice shines through. The palate enjoys a fine perlage and the persistent, elegantly bitter finish underlines the refreshing and stimulating character of this truly unusual Grüner Veltliner.
