The scent of this intensely foaming seducer is already outstanding: fully aromatic apricots, with a touch of marzipan, everything clear and clean. On the palate, the apricot sparkling wine delights with an intensely fruity start with a delicately bitter sweetness, assisted by an eminently finely bubbled, silky mousse that lasts for a long time. It's fascinating how a pleasant, tart, fresh note is added at the end, refined with a welcome nuance of bitter almond, which fits and provides a contour to the taste. And as a result, refilling this apricot sparkling wine becomes practically unavoidable (one bottle is only enough for 2 people).
