In the warm, Pannonian climate on Lake Neusiedl, Pinot Noir achieves magnificent excellence - deep, complex wines with a strong character can be produced here. Therefore, our Pinot Noir Exclusive Edition matures for around 6 months in traditional large wooden barrels to further refine its structure. The result: a wine that presents itself in a strong ruby red and smells of sour cherries, fine tobacco, vanilla and fine wood and does not skimp on extract and detail. The fine-grained and barely noticeable tannins of Pinot Noir contribute to the exceptionally velvety impression with which the wine is fondly remembered.
